Processing Time
Upon placing your order, please allow 3-5 days for us to process and ship out your order. Depending on the time of year and the current volume we are experiencing, your order may take a bit longer to process.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please check your spam folder for it!
Damaged / Lost Packages
Pluedo is not responsible for any damaged/lost products during shipment. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. You can also contact us at info@pluedo.com if you require any assistance or have any questions regarding your package. If your order arrived damaged, be sure to take a video or picture(s) as proof before you send us an email.
Customs, Taxes, and Duties
Pluedo is not responsible for any customs and taxes that may apply to your order. Any and all fees (customs, taxes, tariffs, etc.) that are applied to an order after it has been shipped are the responsibility of the customer.
Germany - Verpackungsgesetz (LUCID Packaging Register)
On January 1, 2019, Germany’s Packaging Act (VerpackG) came into effect, imposing requirements on online retailers selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes the recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap).
Pluedo is registered with LUCID, which is the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR).
Producers/distributors pay a license fee to the dual system for the collection, sorting, and recycling of the packaging they introduced to the market. My Dual System partner is activate by Reclay.

Freight Forwarding Services
Due to the high-risk nature of forwarding services, any orders shipping to a forwarding service will automatically be cancelled if it is marked as high risk by Shopify's internal fraud detection.
